Okinawa, Japan｜Island-wide chartered car transfer [hotel to airport]

My family group visited Okinawa in Dec and we booked 2x10 seater mini vans to transport us back from Naha town to our accomodation on the night before our early morning flight home the next day. Unfortunately, my young son had forgotten his backpack and left it behind in one of the vehicles, we only realised it late in the night. We contacted the rental company (and they responded even though it was late at night). However they said it was late and could only check with the driver early the next day. Long story short, they managed to locate the bag but we were already back in our home country. The company went the extra mile to see how to courier the bag back to us and even arranged for the delivery on our behalf. To our pleasant surprise, the company even offered to cover the costs for the courier back to us. The bag is back with us know and we are so grateful! Overall, great service!

This store has affordable prices, great service, and charges by the car, instead of by the person like some other stores do, so it's very cost-effective!

During the two-day chartered trip, the driver provided suggestions on how to arrange the itinerary, allowing us to eat delicious ramen and shrimp rice.

This is my second time to bring my family to Okinawa. The first time I only booked this hotel for one day. The rest of the time I chose other hotels. The experience was very bad (the first time I chose other hotels). In the future, whenever I bring my family to Okinawa, I will choose Yuxiang.

The 10-seater space is really large! Very good! There are six of us, one big and one small, so the trunk is more than enough for a total of six 26-inch suitcases, four cabin bags, four large hand luggage bags and a baby stroller! The driver arrived at the hotel lobby earlier than expected and helped with loading and unloading luggage! Recommend it👍🏻I will consider it again next time I have the chance to go to Okinawa.
