We spent 3D2N there with my family. Overall this was a good value package! Hotel room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet included was delicious, so much variety! Only disappointment was the 5/f playroom was very small.

The staff were attentive and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool and gym facilities were definitely worth making time for. The breakfast was plentiful, but with so many guests, it was a bit overwhelming to choose.

I booked a twin room, which could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The two beds were pushed together to form a super king-size bed. Since my eldest son is quite tall (183cm), his father slept on the sofa, while my two sons (10 and 16 years old) and I slept in the bed. It was a very crowded Easter holiday, and there was already a queue for breakfast in the lobby at 8:30 am, so we ate at the Grand Hyatt on the 4th floor instead. The breakfast was simpler, but sufficient. My eldest son had already paid extra for breakfast since he turned 12, but it was too crowded and he was too lazy to get up, so we asked the front desk and were told we could cancel it. Overall, the service at a five-star hotel is excellent. The only issue I felt was that the room's air conditioning was insufficient. I called maintenance, which improved it a bit, but it still felt a bit stuffy.
