Very reliable signal throughout our ten day trip. Even the hotspot is fast. Customer service at Kaohsiung airport was very helpful too. will book this again.

I need this physical SIM card in Taiwan to register and pay youbike. This shop opens earlier than another. my flight landed at 7am in Kaohsiung after got out from the immigration waiting for luggage then get sim card. Shop also gave me a pin for changing my sim card. everything smooth. Internet 4G so stable as i think many moving to 5G.

The Chunghwa Telecom counter could be easily found in the arrival area of Kaohsiung Airport. The process of redeeming the sim cards is very quick, and the counter officer was friendly in that she even offered to help us set up the sim card in our phones. We decided to set it up ourselves, and it was incredibly easy! After inserting the sim card and restarting the phone, everything works perfectly without having to meddle with any additional settings. The internet speed was great and stable throughout the duration of our trip. We highly recommend this sim card for your next Taiwan trip!
