The Chunghwa Telecom counter could be easily found in the arrival area of Kaohsiung Airport. The process of redeeming the sim cards is very quick, and the counter officer was friendly in that she even offered to help us set up the sim card in our phones. We decided to set it up ourselves, and it was incredibly easy! After inserting the sim card and restarting the phone, everything works perfectly without having to meddle with any additional settings. The internet speed was great and stable throughout the duration of our trip. We highly recommend this sim card for your next Taiwan trip!

Very stable throughout Tainan, Chiayi, Alishan & Kaohsiung areas Validity is based on activation time (1 day = 24 hours from activation time; not on the basis of till 23:59 of the day as 1 day) The counter offers assistance on installing the SIM, together with a small ziplock bag to store your original SIM in case your phone only supports 1 SIM. Otherwise, you can self install the SIM by just simply plugging it into your phone - hassle free!
