Day 1

Once the sewing is complete, we try the garment on to ensure it fits properly, and then we make any necessary adjustments or modifications.

This is an experience where you can freely choose the denim fabric, design, and stitch pattern to create your own original jeans!

Create your own original jeans that are one of a kind!

We can also create custom-made jeans! *It will take about 1-2 months to complete. Please note that we cannot deliver on the same day. Shipping costs after completion will be borne by the customer.

We also offer a denim jacket making experience! The denim jacket you make can be handed over to you on the day.

Our family loves DIY and Japan is the capital for it. Betty Smith jeans are comfy, soft and made to last. We added our own selected rivets and tag to two different pairs of blue jeans and a high waisted tan jean. Turned out great. The staff were helpful and it felt like a mom and pop store, although there are several locations. A must do while in Tokyo.

I had a fantastic experience customizing a pair of jeans at Betty Smith, guided by the incredibly helpful and friendly, Miss Fuji. The process was easy to follow and enjoyable from start to finish. What made this experience special was the ability to choose every detail, from the rivets and buttons to unique patches. Miss Fuji was amazingly kind, helping me customize my own pair of jeans and the final result was a beautifully made, one of a kind pair of jeans that I’m proud to wear. Its fun to do design your own jeans. The Betty design is so cute. Choose the Betty design coz you will never get it at anywhere else. And to add on I was guided by the friendly staff there.
