It’s a beautiful place, but the journey time is too long, and the time spent in the scenic area is only three hours, so I can’t finish it completely. The stay time is only enough for 1/3 of the journey. It’s a pity~

Extremely Disappointed and unsatisfatory, request to refund. Your company no answer my message since 26 April. I arrived the destination before 0645am but no any guide. I immediately left message to the local guide "Travex" still no one answer me. I ask nearby people but No one undestand the real destination in your website. I couldn't find any tour or the bus nearby. 4 points concluded: First, no clear enough to let people identify exact destination. Second, NO effective communicate way or contact customer even though I left all my email, whatassap phone number. Unlike Klook, they contact me by email,whatsaap,Weixin. Third,hard to contact and get no response from your "Help Centre" or email. No any help when we are in emergency. Forth, I lost chance to travel and waste me time and money. Your company can ignore me again. I have MUCH MORE time to take further action about it.
