The experience is not good due to sudden change as informed by kkday that my original booking is full and ask for reschedule. Fortunately I could make it in the new timeslots but it is a sudden change to me. Dunno why the system cannot block the timeslots if it is actually full. However, the overall experience when entering the studio is not bad. 10 mins self-help photo taking (unlimited) + 10 mins of photo-choosing. The staff is very helpful and can speak in English. We may use Google for help too. Just a friendly reminder that, there is no clothes for lending.

They gave clear instructions on how to take the photos. You’re given a time limit of 10 minutes so keep that in mind! The editor was so quick and listened to what I wanted. Good customer service & recommend them if you are looking to get ID or profile photos fast! :)

People who are afraid of photographers taking pictures are very suitable to take pictures here. You can take pictures at a suitable angle by yourself. And it’s just near Hongdae, so you can go have a meal after taking the photo.

The environment is very good. The sister at the counter is very nice. The sister who retouches the pictures is also super professional. The price is quite good. I highly recommend this one in Hongdae, but it is a little hard to find. He is in b1, and the address is different from the phone number and kkday , you can ask directly to see if it is this one

This is my worst travel experience in Korea. The staff has a bad attitude. The quality is terrible. The whole store has a smell in the basement. I can't communicate in Chinese. Just forget it. The lazy attitude is the worst. Don't be fooled. Don't buy. Don't go. It completely ruins the trip. good mood
