Penghu Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is located in a moderate location. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The hotel facilities are complete, especially the swimming pool on the 5th floor, which has a wide view and the sea is in sight. The lounge has billiards, pool, darts and various chess games for children, which is very suitable for parents and children to travel together. The breakfast and dinner buffet restaurant has a full range of dishes. In addition, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good.

Stayed in a deluxe twin room with harbour view, and went to the balcony every day. It was really comfortable to sit on the chairs provided by the hotel, enjoying the gentle breeze and looking at the morning view, the sunset in the evening, and the stars at night. The room facilities and cleanliness are very good, but you can smell a slight dampness on the carpet as soon as you enter the room, which is a pity. It is recommended that the room should be equipped with a dehumidifier.

Full payment for 2 rooms at Sheraton on KKDAY! In addition, I booked a room through the Sheraton reservation group and paid 1/3 of the room price in advance! As a result, relatives and friends in one of the rooms arrived at the hotel early! The counter ignored that I had already paid in full for the second room, and my elders had to pay in full for the third room before they could check in! This is really puzzling! As the person responsible for booking the room, I was speechless! And I couldn’t try my best to get a reasonable explanation from the counter staff in front of my relatives and friends! All in all very disappointed!

Until the morning of September 4th, the aquarium tickets had not been sent to me. Or I contacted customer service myself to report this problem and even the customer service said it. It should have been sent to me a long time ago but for some reason it wasn't. It took nearly an hour for me to receive a thank you from customer service who would handle it quickly for me.
