I was escorted to the special lane, but it took about 30 minutes because there were so many people using this service. However, when I looked at the general lane that didn't use this service, the line was so long it was estimated it would take about 120 minutes. It's better to use it than not to use it. I think there's something wrong with the immigration system at this airport.

At the beginning of the immigration hall, you’ll find someone with your name on a sign. You are allowed to cross the security rope, then wait with them until someone brings you to the shorter, unlabeled immigration queue. You will still need to wait (for me around 40 minutes on that day), but it’s less than the 3 hour long queue that others are in. This saved my feet and my back, which could not take the main queue
