The customer service responded very promptly. Even though it was an emergency car for the next day, they helped me arrange a driver smoothly. I was so happy! ! ! ! The driver for this Seoul trip was Xiao Li, who was very patient and spoke Korean very fluently! ! He helped me solve many problems. I hope Xiao Li can be arranged for me next time. I look forward to the subsequent Busan trip.

The driver, Xiao Hei, was really warm-hearted. Since our trip to Busan was a casual one, he gave us a lot of suggestions, which were very useful!
