the day tour is well organised by VIP Travel. Our tour guide Hong was professional and experienced. Very much enjoyable of the day with various histories and jokes filled.

It was an awesome tour! The bus left right on time, and everything went smoothly just as planned. Ray was an amazing tour guide. he told us all about Korean history on the bus and answered our questions without ever seeming tired. We saw lots of other tour groups, but honestly, ours was the best!

This trip is very informative and interactive. The 3rd tunnel is breath-taking in terms of the whole experience, and I mean literally breath-taking because it felt like a intense workout for me. My tour guide Ms Yoo Ok-Kyung (aka K) from VIP tour is so professional and experienced. Her story-telling of the rich history of Korea is absolutely amazing.

The tour was well-organized from start to finish. We were picked up promptly in the morning from a central meeting point in Seoul, and our guide K was both knowledgeable and engaging. She shared insightful historical context about the Korean War, the division of the peninsula, and ongoing tensions — all in an easy-to-understand, balanced manner. Lastly, overall the company the meetup instructions could be improved by providing clearer details—such as the guide’s name or bus information—a day in advance. At the meeting point, there are many different DMZ tour buses and guides, but no clear visual indicators. It can be confusing to identify which guide or group to join.

Booked the DMZ Chinese tour for my family and my tour guide was Crystal. She was kind, very approachable and explained everything very well. She was also very willing to answer any questions we had and always offered to take photos for us. Haha! I will highly recommend Crystal if you need a guide who speaks Chinese.
