Parking is convenient, there are convenience stores nearby, and the hotel's children's playroom is quite large, suitable for bringing children to release their energy. Adults can also exercise in the gym next door.

It was the first time I stayed in a four-person room at Phoenix Hotel with my family. The room was large, the bathroom was new, there was a water dispenser outside the room for self-service, and the breakfast was really great and worth going again

Staying with friends today, we booked a room with two double beds. When we entered the room, we found that the room was larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. The brunch was really worth it, Chinese, Japanese, Western, Thai... Wait, the desserts are also great, brunch alone feels like a good deal.

Carton King is more energy-consuming for children than expected, but it is a bit inconvenient if you don’t have a car; the Phoenix Hotel has no incentive to visit again except Phoenix Food Restaurant

The breakfast is rich in content and has many choices, the ice cream is delicious, the service staff is kind and family-friendly.

Pros: The indoor children's play area was clean and quite large, allowing for endless playtime. The kids loved it! The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room wasn't large, but it was quite clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to the National Museum of Natural Science and the Art Museum, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The lobby has plenty of seating, perfect for late-night snacks and chatting with friends. Cons: The breakfast buffet seemed to have a wide selection, but the food was limited, a significant change from its initial popularity. There's only one elevator to the basement parking lot, so after checking out, you have to wait forever. The room was poorly soundproofed, and you could hear conversations in the hallway clearly. The hot water button on the water dispenser had been removed, so you had to use the room's thermos to boil water.
