I felt uncomfortable on the night of arrival, and I got a thoughtful response from the customer service, which made me feel at ease. The tour guide Rei, who was responsible for chasing lights on the first night, the city tour on the third day, and the pick-up on the last day, was detailed and clear in all explanations, allowing people to understand the things in Yellowknife. On the second night, Daniel, the Little Prince of the Aurora, took everyone to the camp to see the aurora, which was very funny. On the third night, Jimmy, who was chasing lights, also took everyone to chase lights at multiple locations. The weather was very bad, but he was also responsible for looking for lights everywhere to take everyone there, and also helped those who had not yet seen the aurora take photos as souvenirs. The tour guides I met this time were really great and highly recommended.

The people at the travel agency were very considerate and told us a lot of things to note, and they arranged a variety of itineraries every day for everyone to experience.

The airport transfer was handled with care from start to finish, so I was able to enjoy the trip with complete peace of mind. I signed up for a tour in Chinese, but the tour guide was considerate of the participants who could not speak Chinese, so there were no language problems at all. When I was lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, they actively took photos for me, so although it may have been a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it was a tour I have no regrets about.

This time I signed up for a 4 days 3 night tour, I heard more than 90% probability to see the aurora 😁 Eventually the last night to catch up, is the kind of light white, the camera can photograph green, really can not be met 🙏🏻

The supply chain mode of travel is very convenient, and the tour guides on the Aurora Chase tour are very serious. In the future, we may consider reducing the accommodation options provided to facilitate the company's pick-up and drop-off operations.

The entire four-day and three-night itinerary was good and provided good places to enjoy the Aurora.

When I made the reservation, I was told that the hotel's standard rooms were fully booked and I wanted to upgrade to a room type. However, I had to pay a little extra to have a washing machine and a kitchen, so the CP value was very high. The airport pick-up was very convenient, and the tour guides throughout the trip were also very friendly, especially jimmy, wendy and Rui. We were very lucky to see the aurora on two nights during our 3-night trip. The tour guides were very active in helping us take a lot of photos. It should be noted that we went to two campsites during these three nights. One of the closer campsites was larger, rich in equipment and clean, while the other campground was more remote and only had dry toilets. Just drink less water before going. But the scenery at the two campsites is also very good, and the photos are so beautiful. The aurora is not as beautiful to the naked eye as it is to the camera, but you can still see the movement of the aurora, which is very exciting. The itinerary included a city tour of a few hours a day, and we checked in all the places in Yellowknife that many people reviewed online. We were supposed to get off at the hotel when we went back, but at that time we wanted to eat at the famous fish restaurant, and the tour guide also He drove us there and was very friendly. In another free time, I chose to add money to go hiking to see the waterfall. The walking time was only about one and a half hours, and I had about half an hour of free time to check in near the waterfall. The weather was nice that day, so it wasn't difficult to walk, but the stones can be slippery if it's wet, so be sure to wear suitable shoes.

The pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, the tour guide was kind, the cabin at Aurora Camp was very warm, the hotel we chose (Chateau NOVA) was also very good, the space was large, but the sound insulation was not very good.

The entire trip is well planned! It’s not too tiring and the tour guides are very nice. They are very responsible and help everyone take photos. I successfully saw the aurora and took a group photo, which is really valuable!
