Hassle free to pick up the tickets from the counter. There was a queue of around 5 pax, we were able to beat the queue given we’ve pre booked online.

I think it is very convenient. You can pick up the ticket directly at the counter without having to log in to the website to check your ID card. The website also has a charity ticket option, which was great before.
