[KKday Special] 4D3N / 5D4N The LUMA Hotel with Sapi & Manukan Twin Islands Snorkeling Tour (Optional Water Activities & Private Airport Transfer) | Kota Kinabalu

I stayed there for 3 days, and the hotel location, room condition information, bellboy chefs, etc. were friendly and very nice. The bellboy's manners are really nice and nice. It's clean since it was recently built, but there's a lot of airplane or road noise in the case of the city view, and nearby Imago Mall is within a 5-minute walk, and various convenience facilities and the airport are also about 10 minutes away! If I go to Kotaki again, I'll definitely stay at Ruma Hotel, and I'm not envious of other 5-star hotels. And if you meet a kk Tommy guide, you are very lucky! He is a very kind and funny friend. It's a shame that we couldn't meet each other on other tours, but if I get the designated choice, I want to go with Tommy within the schedule!

LUMA Hotel is very good, very quiet, comfortable to stay, and the breakfast is delicious, but KKDAY is terrible. I booked on 2/4 and departed on 2/14. There was no way to confirm whether the order was established until 2/10. When I asked, they just kept asking me to wait patiently. The snorkeling date was confirmed on 2/4, and no one contacted me the night before snorkeling. After asking, I asked them to change the date at 7 pm. After the date was changed, no one contacted me about transportation. KKDAY only asked nothing. I also booked a trip to Mount Kinabalu (the price bought at the pier is kkday 1/2), and found that the price difference was too large. After canceling, the tour guide of Mount Kinabalu still contacted me and said that he would take me to Mount Kinabalu tomorrow. KkDAY makes so much money by charging the price difference and is so irresponsible. It really can't be like this.
