The service provided was nice and for my haircut, I showed my preference style hair and allow the stylist to do the creation. The stylist really understand what my request was despite of language barrier and it was great result. I received compliments for my new hair style. So i had pleasant experience having my hair styled and hair spa in the establishment. Another note is the salon is well located and it is easy to find and access as well.

No one speaks English. The assistant keeps google translating in Japanese to me even I keep speaking in English. It's fine that I speak Japanese too. The salon is busy and I barely see foreign customers. The package was good but it's way more time consuming. It's 1.5 hours in the description while I spent 3.5 hours there. I had a hair cut (30m), scalp peeling (10m), scalp cleansing (10m), treatment (40m), massage (2m) and hair styling (10m). The rest of the time were shampoo which I had 4-5 times and waiting. I had a hair cut first. I don't have what I want in mind, I just want bangs and let her to design the rest. She did a great job, very dedicated! I feel like I'm having a nice balanced hair style with my face shape now. As they don't speak English, I can't ask about the peeling and cleansing stuff. Anyway if have time & you know what you want, you can have a try.

Although the price is not cheap, it is worth every penny! I went to a hair spa with two friends. Two very young and well-dressed staff followed us throughout the process. We didn’t have to wait in vain. They even provided drinks and snacks during the hair drying time. Help us enjoy it. I especially want to praise the hairstylist. Although we couldn't communicate well in English, she worked hard to understand our requirements and used translation software to thoughtfully inform us of hair styling reminders. In the end, I got an unexpected layer cut- cut hairstyle (originally I just planned to trim my bangs), Korean hairstylists are experts in this hairstyle! Even a simple haircut has eye-catching techniques. The hairstylist sister spent almost half an hour trimming my hair. She was very careful and conscientious. It was very different from my previous hair cutting experience!

She did my makeup and hair according to my ideal photo! The booth with 4 life cuts was gone...

I wanted to try Korean makeup, so it was good for me to try it once. However, my skin around my nose started to crumble right after applying the makeup, and the overall finish of the makeup was different from what I expected. I felt that the finish and the price were not worth it. I won't be buying it again!
