After arriving at the airport, we found the shuttle bus location which was very close. We found it as soon as we walked out along the road. We found the You.I staff, checked our names, and they arranged for us to get on the bus and take us to the car rental company. The staff of the car rental company explained in great detail and could speak fluent Chinese. They also gave us a file introducing the car rental or driving instructions. It was also very convenient to return the car. We directly found the car rental company, and they checked it and arranged a shuttle bus to take us back to the airport.

Because I booked the car very late and the company I originally wanted to book was out of cars, I directly chose one on KKDAY. It took about 20 minutes to take the shuttle bus from the airport to the car rental company. I insured the car with full insurance so when returning the car, I just had to make sure the gas tank was full and that was it! The car is quite new and the service is ok

The car is new and clean. Airport transfer was very convenient. Car rental prices are relatively cheap. But it doesn’t mean it has no value just because it’s cheap. The self-driving experience is excellent. I will choose this place next time I come to Okinawa. Highly recommended
