Because the hotel I booked was wrong and too far from the airport, and I had a night flight, and I didn't want to drag my luggage around the streets, the agent was a good choice. They delivered the luggage directly to the airport and I picked it up at the airport. It was awesome 👍

I had a hard time finding the meeting place, but the LINE support was in Japanese, so I was relieved. The meeting place for me was in front of Pascucci (cafe) in front of Gate 1 on the first floor of the domestic terminal. The person who collected the luggage came by car and entered through the entrance/exit of Gate 1. It was a very nice person.

My friend and I were meeting up at the airport on a separate flight, so they sent our luggage to us, but we were delayed, so we had to wait for our friend. I'm not very good at English or Korean, but we were able to communicate using a translator! They were very nice, and I'd like to use them again when I go to Busan.

The most difficult part of traveling with a family to change hotels is pushing the luggage while walking. It is so difficult. If you find someone who can help you move the luggage to the next hotel, you must place an order and free your hands for the whole trip.
