By using the bus, I was able to get to Universal Studios Singapore smoothly, so I'm glad I used it! However, I received a call the night before saying that the arrival time had changed, so I made sure to check if they had contacted me! On my way back around 6:30pm, I saw a long line for the Sentosa Express, and I was glad I had used the bus ^_^

The round-trip bus from the hotel to the Night Safari was very convenient. The shuttle arrived at my hotel exactly as scheduled. The trip took about an hour and a half because they had to pick up other guests at their hotels. The shuttle arrived on time and in an easy-to-find spot to drop me off at the hotel. The multilingual Night Safari tour with shuttle service is quite expensive, but this shuttle bus is a great way to get there and avoids the hassle of using Grab on the way back, so I highly recommend it.

It was very convenient to have a shuttle to the hotel. Also, the shuttle arrived on time so there was no waiting time.

Considering the price, this service is amazing. It was very helpful since we were a large group. There was a bit of traffic congestion, but since we left early we arrived without any problems and were able to have a meal before entering, which was nice. I was worried because the bus back was a little late, but I got through on the phone and was picked up without any problems.

The outbound driver waited at the Chinatown location on time to pick up the 2 hotels before proceeding to another pick-up point to transfer to a bus to the zoo. The return driver is late and needs to call to remind him. After the call, they arrived quickly and were sent back to the pick-up point. Overall, it's worth using, without having to transfer to the MRT back to the hotel.

It’s my second night visit to the Night Zoo. It’s really important to have pick-up options to save time and energy. However, if there are Indians in the car with you, you have to be understanding.
