We choose Itinerary A as we didn’t want to be too rushed in each places. We had about 1 H in Yehliu, 50mins in Shifen and 2H in Jiufen. Overall the organisation from the amusing and informative tour guide (Amy Sung) was great and she was patient and firm with everyone regarding the timing (very funny how she seems to know that the food will entice us during the Shifen stop and warns us to ignore the smell of the food if we want to make it to the waterfall in time). The personal recommendations that she gives in each stop was very useful and that makes it less confusing for us to navigate especially in Jiufen. Overall a great experience even though it was a rainy and windy day (the raincoat was indeed the best souvenir we had that day thanks to Amy’s recommendation).

I got a discounted package for these spectacular attractions in Taiwan. It's so worth it! I was mesmerized by the beauty of the Shifen waterfalls, and the rock formations at Yehliu Geopark were out of this world.
