The driver who was also the tour guide was informative and gave clear instructions on where to meet after each activity. Although it was raining, puffing Billy was great. seeing the penguins along the boardwalk was amazing.

The guide Julie is so friendly, the penguin tour is wonderful. Just that the time given to visit the Nobbies just 30min a bit rush , it’s a wonderful place to enjoy sunset. Then puffy billy train is awesome

Gina was so friendly and informative on all the sights and took time to explain on the things that we are watching.The timing of each attraction was appropriate and not rushing. Really enjoyed the trip!

The tour was conducted very smoothly with amazing notice of time and punctuality. A coach was reserved for us on Puffing Billy and later got to stop to spot cute little wild beasts also. The show stealer was most definitely the fairy penguins’ parade, getting to see them up close was a very magical experience. Special thanks to our wonderful tour guide!

Margaret was our guide and driver for the day. I’m so impressed how she could drive and talk at the same time. Had a fun time at Puffing Billy and Philip Island although the view from the penguins was really really far unless you snatch the seats fast enough at the stadium. It was easy to locate the pick up point and she is always punctual for all the departures! It was definitely a good experience for the entire day from day to night!
