Morning markets are held in front of Miyagawa and Takayama Jinya. The Miyagawa Morning Market stretches approximately 350 meters from the Miyagawa River flowing in the center of the town from Kajibashi Bridge to Yayoi Bridge. There are more than 60 stalls. There are open-air shops selling vegetables, fruits, pickles, spices, etc. on the river bank near the street. On the opposite side of the street, there are mainly shops selling snacks, snacks and handicrafts. 15:00 ▼Shirakawa-go Gassho Village (120 minutes) Shirakawa-go is surrounded by mountains, paddy fields, and trickling rivers. It is known as the kingdom of forests and streams. The village of Shirakawa-go Ogimachi is the village with the largest number of households among the three villages registered as World Heritage (Shirakawa-go, Aigura and Suganuma in Gokayama), with 152 households. The Daishirakawa River flowing out of the Reiho Hakusan Mountains merges with the Shogawa River and turns snow-white and turbid. This is the origin of the place name Shirakawa-go. The Shiroyama Observation Deck is located in the northeast of Gassho Village, Ogimachi, Shirakawago. From here, Gassho Village and the endless Hakusan Mountains can be seen at a glance.
