Our pick up time was set at 8pm but when our food was taking longer than expected, I request the driver to push the pick up time to 9pm and he gladly accepted the request. Possibly request driver to find a nearer drop off point to the entrance because the current drop off point takes you 10 to 15 minute walk from Disneyland’s entrance gate to the pick up point.

Our driver Mr Zhang is very patient, thoughtful, and helpful. Aside from driving us smoothly and safely to and from Shanghai Disneyland, he helped us with our wheelchair and child trolleys. It was a typhoon day, 19 of us passengers, half are senior citizens and children. It was so very hard to move about and his patience and helping hand made getting off and on the bus really easy for us.

红大阳, great driver with very good service and the car is comfortable and even though the crowd on the exit is manic, he managed to find a way to find us. He tried his best to bridge the communication. ir was a pleasure to have him to give us a ride

Mr. Zhu was a dependable and resourceful driver. He dropped us at nearest possible location and was early to pick us up. When the originally agreed upon location for pickup was not available, he was able to find a way to look for us in the parking lot. It was a great decision as it was raining and very hard to call a ride that night. The cellphone & data signal was also not good that night. Outside of the safe driving, he was very helpful and even went the extra mile to guide us in searching for tickets for other tourist attractions in Shanghai the following day. Great experience and really well worth the cost.

Was skeptical about this due to lack of reviews, but went ahead instead. I was assigned a Tesla and driver was nice, arrived at the hotel early and drove us safely to Disneyland. We alighted at the carpark drop off, and driver picked us back at the same place at night. Communication was all on WeChat so we get updates on where the driver was, which was good due to the chaos at night (lots of car at the carpark!) Highly recommended!

Driver was punctual. Back seats were a little cramp, although we managed. Maybe if it was not winter could have been better. 14 of us for a mini bus good for 12-19 (it said). Reliable, texted us a day before to confirm. Just need to give 1hr advance notice for return pick-up time. Glad we booked a roundtrip as all were exhausted after a day's fun.

Easy to book and reliable. Operator contacted us 1 day before for confirmation. The car was Tesla, but the seats were not comfortable if not it will be 5 stars.
