This pirate boat tour is the best tour, very well organised with our tour guide Ms Helen. She gave detailed information about the whole tour. She has a small numbering cardboard showing the timing that we should get back at every point. This tour included lunch BBQ buffet which is very delicious and has many varieties. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the trip. Our guide Jimmy was insightful and led the the group flawlessly. The itinerary seemed pack, but we understand that it was necessary to keep the group back to Tokyo on time (we reached back to Shinjuku at 6pm sharp)

The trip covers everything - pirate ship, cable car, buffet lunch, Mount Fuji, outlet shopping. Great for all! Just hope longer time granted for shopping though. Guide was friendly and informative.

tour guide is very knowledgeable. Scenery is good except can't see the mount fuji. the buffet is acceptable however drink is changeable, maybe can include into the buffet as well

We love this trip very organized. What i love about this was the unlimited food during our luch time. Sooo delicious. Even though we didnt have to see mt fuji because its so cloudy we still enjoyed our trip from riding the pirate ship and hakone rope line we really enjoyed it. And the 2 hours shopping in gotemba. All in all 10/10 👍👍👍
