We were so pleased that we had stayed at Fore Seasons Hotel. The check in & check out was straight forward. The receptionist was friendly & helpful. He spoke fluent English & gave us some valuable information. The staff from the executive lounge were attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The selection of food was fantastic. Also, the head chef came out & talked to the customers. We felt so welcomed & fully enjoyed the experience. There was only one thing we noticed in our room. The furniture was dated, they need updated. Generally, we were delighted with the staying. There is no doubt we will return in future.

A good stay with friendly and prompt service. Executive lounge was very welcoming with nice choice of refreshments and drinks. Breakfast was scrumptious, pastries were especially impressive.

This time fortunately to get the hotel improved us for the executive suite, stay more comfortable, the hotel staff every face with a smile, they are very attentive to the needs of the guests, usually the first time to come to ask if you need help, everyone is very proactive, this is commendable, will come again next time.

I've booked the Four Seasons Hotel package more than once; it's a fantastic value. It includes a delicious afternoon tea, a variety of drinks and beverages in the Executive Lounge, and a buffet breakfast for two. There's also a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and fitness center. It's also very conveniently located near a major shopping mall. I give the hotel a 5-star rating and am very satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located, the service staff are friendly and polite, the food is of good quality, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and there is also a heated massage pool where you can relax and unwind. I will definitely come again.

Booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary, they were very happy, the hotel staff took good care of them and upgraded the room. I will want to come back again if there are festivals to celebrate in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Aeon Mall, Link Centre and Coco Park. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge is exquisite and delicious, and there are many choices for the cocktail light meals that follow. Unlimited red, white and sparkling wine. The breakfast buffet was extensive.

We stayed in an executive room, which was very spacious and well-equipped, but it was strange why they still had the old-style TV that most hotels no longer use! Although the quality of the afternoon tea, cocktails and buffet breakfast is not very high, it is still a pleasure to dine in a high-end and comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and courteous, making it a very pleasant stay.

This time I stayed in an executive room. The room was big but old. There was only one USB port, but it was broken. Also, the check-in staff at the front desk were cold and just kept their heads down, rarely making eye contact. However, the executive lounge had smiling staff and the breakfast buffet was rich and tasted good.
