Check in was easy and quick. Whole process took around 15 mins. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The workshop was very fast. Took about 40 minutes to complete two bears. I thought you can stuff the filing into the beat by yourself but the staff stuffed the bear with a machine. My kids enjoyed the experience and love the two stuff animals they made. I’m glad I got the buy 1 get 1 free, otherwise it would be expensive. The voice recording is extra at $80 each. The staff didn’t make it clear that it was extra and not included.

Enjoying buy 1 get 1 free promotion with cousin, had a memorable workshop for choosing their own fave fluffy toy, design Tees for the toy and making the names for then with birth certificate! Its easy even for toddlers. Love it, thanks!

First visit to build a bear workshop in Hong Kong. It was half price to build your own bear. Very easy redemption. Just let the staff scan the qr code when we got there and there are a few stations to make your own stuffed bear with assistance. Highly recommend!
