They arrived the same day I arrived in Taipei. It was waiting for me at the hotel. I did not have to get up early and do open run to the store, it was a life saver. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it next time i go back to Taiwan.

The item was delivered to the hotel before check-in, but due to a mistake on the part of the hotel front desk, I was unable to receive it on the day of check-out. When I contacted the front desk to inform them that I had not received the item, they shared a photo of the delivery completion, which I was able to show to the front desk and receive it without any problems. I was grateful for the courteous and prompt response.

Recently, it has become a bit difficult to buy because of many Korean stars' recommendations. Usually, you can only queue up early in the morning to buy it, but here you can get it without queuing.
