Happy with this transportation service, fast reply from customer service, English speaking driver arrived earlier than scheduled time, nice & cosy vehicle, smooth journey to the airport.

Upon landing, I saw the driver's WhatsApp message. He came to find us even though we went to the wrong meeting point. I was so grateful. I've booked airport transfers in Thailand through KKday before, ordering a large car but getting a small one, and there was no way to complain. Another time, I booked airport transfers in Japan, but they didn't show up, and I couldn't complain because customer service wasn't online. So, I was hesitant to book airport transfers this time. Thankfully, the lovely local driver got our trip off to a great start!

The Spanish car dispatch company will use WhatsApp to contact customers and will continue to track progress. Although the car is not very new, it is convenient and safe.

After exiting the airport gate, a man and a woman in suits helped me carry my luggage and took me to the car parked outside the airport. The driver was polite and I felt safe throughout the whole process.

The customer service can communicate in Chinese and responds to questions immediately, which makes people feel at ease. I highly recommend it.

The experience was great, the car was clean, the driver was friendly and on time, and I will use KKday to make an appointment next time.
