Our first time with sleeper bus and it’s new and comfortable. Since we’re asian so we feel comfortable in the coach. There’s a place to charge phone. The bus stopped twice and has around 30 mins to get snacks, toilet break and eat. Overall recommended to book with G8

When returning to Hanoi from Sapa, if the hotel is in the city of Sapa, there is a shuttle bus to the bus station. It is very convenient to contact the staff via WhatsApp. The sleeper bus we often take in Vietnam has three rows of berths, and the G8 bus company has two rows of berths, so it is particularly spacious and comfortable. The bus is new and quite clean. But the driver assistant is talking loudly on the phone or chatting with local passengers in the car, and the experience would be better if it were quieter. The car stopped at two rest stops for half an hour each, and the total journey was about 6 hours.

It was my first time taking a sleeper bus, so I chose the G8 which had generally good reviews. I saw many cheaper sleeper buses, but they had various minor problems, such as dangerous driving, or being let go... But I was not disappointed with the G8 this time, everything was good, and the driver drove very safely! Thank you for giving me and my family a wonderful memory👍🏻

If you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended to choose the lower berth. Remember to take motion sickness medicine before getting on the bus. If you are over 170 cm tall, you cannot straighten your legs. After arriving in Sapa, we will take you to your hotel.

It's a very comfortable bus, but the air-conditioning is a little too strong. Everyone should pay attention, after getting on the bus from Sabah, you will go to the bathroom one hour later, and it will take more than two to three hours to go again, so be careful not to drink too much during the trip, I almost choked.
