The bus was comfortable. When we arrived at the bus stop, the staff kindly guided us there. Although it's called Mongkok, Yau Ma Tei might be closer. We arrived at the bus stop a little early, but the staff said it was okay to take an earlier bus, which was nice and flexible. Immigration is right after we arrived, and once we crossed the border into Shenzhen, there's a subway station right there, so it's easy to get around!
