The great ocean is a must-go! David Hsu, the tour guide, will explain to you along the way that the bus is clean, large and spacious. After all, the journey will be long, which is very important! A very unforgettable journey

The tour was well arranged, going in reverse, no traffic jams, perfectly avoiding peak crowds. The tour guide was excellent, friendly, and versatile. He was versatile and listened to his stories along the way. If there is a chance, I will participate in other tours.

When appreciating the beautiful scenery along the Great Ocean Road journey, David Hsu's voice and tone are like a bedside story. From the introduction of attractions, the pride of Melbourne, the history of Australia to the history of Chinese immigration in Australia, first-time visitors can have a detailed understanding. David understands the mood of passengers very well, and thoughtfully leaves more time for each attraction, and takes passengers back to the nearby drop-off point at night. He recommends it to friends who like to listen to stories.

The Great Ocean Road is a long journey, and there are beautiful views along the way. The tour guide and driver also told us stories, and he really tried his best. It was worth it.

There were more than 20 people in the group. The guide was very friendly, the scenery was beautiful, the itinerary was transparent, and there were no additional fees. Tips were also included. We had a lot of fun. The journey was a bit long, but it was understandable because the Great Ocean Road is that long.

Overall, an enjoyable experience for the price of tour and the guide was clearly enthusiastic. I’d rate it 4 stars due to a few areas for improvement: • Commentary from the guide often jumped between unrelated topics—more focus on key highlights like the Great Ocean Road length or Melbourne’s history would be better. • English language was sometimes unclear. • Some parts of driving felt unsafe, which is concerning; especially in total darkness at the end. • It would help if the bus type was mentioned in the ad, given the long journey (roughly 500km to drive)

I really have to give a thumbs up to David Hsu’s Melbourne travel guide! His "Great Ocean Road One-Day Tour" itinerary is amazingly detailed, and the explanations at each attraction are "seamlessly switched between Chinese and English", fully catering to tourists from different language backgrounds. Starting from Melbourne, David introduced the highlights along the way in a humorous and professional way, including the magnificence of the Twelve Apostles, the history of Loch Ard Gorge, the food of Apollo Bay... All the details were explained vividly, and even the hidden angles for taking photos were generously shared! The most amazing thing is his bilingual ability - his English words are precise and elegant, and his Chinese explanations are full of intimacy, so there is no need to worry about not understanding geographical terms or cultural background. We also thoughtfully prepared tourist attraction comparison cards on the bus, with clear Chinese and English translations, so both elders and children can easily follow! This kind of service spirit of "carving tourists' needs into DNA" is definitely the ceiling level in the tour guide industry. If you are looking for a "warm and professional" Great Ocean Road tour, David Hsu's itinerary must be included in the first choice! This is not an ordinary tour, but an immersive bilingual cultural feast~ #MelbourneMustFollowTheGroup #Look for David Hau for a Chinese and English tour guide #DayangluPlayToNewHeights
