[Vietnam Travel] VIP Fast-Track Immigration Service | Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Ho Chi Minh City

Initially I was thinking how the meet up should be like for the fast pass custom clearance. Prior to my departure, the agent requested for v the passports info for advance clearance. On the day of arrival, the guy arranged by KKDAY agent will direct you to walk with him to the fast lane. For departure, it will be the same, they will provide you with photos via WhatsApp 1-2 in advance to prepare you for the meet up at departure hall. Once you arrive at the Vietnam, the guy will lead you to the flight Q for luggage check in and then direct you to the custom for fast lane clearance. Do note for departure, although you get into the fast lane, you will also share the same Q with the baggage clearance 1 by 1. There is no fast lane for this. Overall we felt blessed to bought the fast lane as custom long Q was really LONG. We cleared within 30mins instead of 2-3hrs from what others shared

I bought the fast pass this time. I really need it at the crowded Ho Chi Minh Airport. I will buy it again next time.

I have never been to this customs before. It is acceptable to avoid waiting in line for too long and urinating urgently.

When entering the country, the service staff had added me via LINE in advance. On the day of departure, the service staff sent me a LINE message to inquire and assisted in confirming the chk-in counter. After my luggage was hung up, the waiter came to find me immediately and took me to the VIP customs counter where there was no queue. It took less than 5 minutes to go through customs, which is really necessary for business travelers who need to hurry.

The guide was very smooth. Immigration took about 30 minutes, but it would have taken more than 2 hours if I had waited in line normally, so I'm very glad I applied for this service.

After getting off the plane, follow the Arrival sign to the customs. When you arrive at the customs, you will see the service staff holding a sign with the English name plus the name of iTour, which you can immediately recognize. The service staff will guide you to the VIP fast clearance queue. It takes about 15-20 minutes from getting off the plane to passing through customs. As soon as I went through customs, my luggage was also quickly released (I have priority membership of the airline). Looking at the long queue of nearly 200 people, if I didn’t apply for fast clearance, I felt that I would have to queue for at least 2 hours.

I found a staff member right away. I was immediately guided through. A person on the same flight arrived at the domestic lounge an hour later. It was worth the money.

The pick up was on time and I was able to get off right away.
