This was a great service and very convenient. It made our arrival in Hanoi very relaxed. They accommodated a one day delay in our arrival due to a cancelled flight with good communication.

I used it in September and will use it again. It wasn't peak season, but I bought time with money. I got off the plane and headed to immigration. I found someone with a board and called out to them. They checked my passport and ticket right away, and then I was moved to an empty lane. I was through in 2 minutes. I was amazed. It felt good to be able to go through without any stress. It's a shame I couldn't take a photo.

After disembarking from the plane, just before immigration, there were several people waiting with papers with their names written on them. When an attendant found my name among them, I was immediately taken to the priority lane. The inspection was over in a few minutes and I was able to enter the country. However, on this day there were not many people waiting for immigration, so even without the priority lane, it seemed like I could get through in about 10 minutes. I've heard that it can get very congested on some days, so if you want to be sure to get through quickly, I recommend using the priority lane.

As soon as I got off the plane, I followed the staff's instructions and queued up. It was faster than I expected, with almost no waiting. Customs didn't say a word, and I was out of customs in no time!

While people were probably waiting for 2-3 hours, I was able to enter the country in just 5 minutes. It's a great way to make good use of your limited time. Give it a try with the intention of buying some time.

The flight departed at 11:30 PM, which is a very busy time for baggage inspections, etc. However, I was able to get through passport control and baggage inspections quickly in the priority lanes upon departure, so I had time to relax in the lounge.

I used it for the first time last time and it was so convenient that I decided to use it again. Entering Vietnam, which used to be the worst, has become so fast. I will use it again when leaving the country. Thank you.
