Great informative museum, and the planetarium has a great show. Great interactive activities for kids. Do make sure it will take a couple of hours to see the whole museum properly.

I think I spent about 2 hours looking around, and it was fun except that it took a while to see what I wanted because there were so many people. You have to exchange the ticket for a physical ticket at the ticket booth. (The regular QR is not recognized.)

This time I happened to have time to buy a ticket, which was worth NT$150. I can check out the permanent exhibition areas on the 3rd and 5th floors. Most of them have simultaneous displays in Chinese and English, and are tourist-friendly. The Earth Sustainability Education on the 5th floor is very shocking. It uses very easy-to-understand animations and interactive dialogues to let the public know the reasons, background, current problems and solutions of sustainable management. It is worth bringing your family to participate and it is worth the price of the ticket.

Very good and educational, but you may have to avoid going on holidays, as there are many people on holidays and you will need to spend a lot of time queuing if you want to experience the itinerary, but the facilities are worth experiencing.

I took my 3rd grade boy who loves IT and my 1st grade girl who isn't so into it, and my mother was totally hooked. It's divided into various fields of science, so I'm sure there's a booth that each of them will like. I think it might be more enjoyable for younger children than for toddlers ☺️

I also attended the permanent exhibition to go to Sushi Tech. Some of the exhibits are difficult, but even children can enjoy them.

When I was looking for a place to go out on a cold day, I found Miraikan, the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation. It has a play area for babies who are still crawling (numbered tickets required), and is a spot that can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

Maybe I had too high expectations, so I didn't see any Honda robots. Plus, I met a large group of students on a school trip. The experience is more suitable for people who don't know much about robots, quantum computers, space, etc. but are very interested. It is also suitable for families with children.
