The Summer Palace was originally the palace and garden of the emperors of the Qing Dynasty, also known as the Qingyi Garden. It is based on Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain and was built according to the design techniques of Jiangnan gardens. It is a large-scale, well-preserved royal garden with beautiful scenery and many precious cultural relics. It is known as the "Royal Garden Museum".

I took my parents to travel to Beijing. I was very happy to be with Director Bai's group. The explanations were rich in content, clear in description, and at a moderate pace. After listening to it, I was still interested. I really want to keep listening to it! The itinerary was arranged very smoothly and the overall experience was very good. If you want to visit Foxiang Pavilion and Yunkai Temple again, it is recommended to stay for one day!

Today’s tour guide is the same as yesterday’s tour guide of the Forbidden City. It’s much easier to get in touch. Also, because we happen to be the only family participating in the Summer Palace tour, it’s particularly ideal for the tour guide to become a private tour guide. The Summer Palace is very large. I signed up for the afternoon session on Friday in July. The weather was hot and there were many tourists on site. The tour guide took the group members seriously and explained while walking. I heard many stories. During the process, the tour guide would try to find a shady place for the group members to sit and listen. The entire guided tour is a test of physical strength and endurance.
