Ordering through KK Day was very convenient. The hotel environment and atmosphere are first-class. The food quality and staff service are very good. I highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.

The environment was comfortable, the food was good, and the service was attentive. Special praise must go to the manager, Marcus, who personally made cocktails that day because the bar wasn't stocked properly. Many people were celebrating birthdays that day, so it was a lively occasion. We could have added some special touches to make the birthday person happier.

The food is good quality and very fresh, but the service is a bit slow. It took 45 minutes after ordering for the first seafood dish to arrive. Even the drinks took another 20 minutes after asking the server. Once, a seafood dish was placed on the table, and we noticed it was full of other people's leftovers.

Although it was not a cheap meal, the service, environment, and even the diners around me made it a pleasant experience. Of course, that's if you like champagne. I personally prefer the Iberian 36-month ham and freshly made handmade pasta. Thank goodness Hong Kong still has places like this.

There are many choices of freshly cooked pasta, seafood and desserts. The fish, scallops, lobster, beef and chicken are also very delicious. The service is excellent. It is probably the best brunch in Hong Kong.
