Traveled with 3 friends. From a hotel in Pattaya to a hotel in Bangkok in mid-March. We started the trip with an early arrival, so the front desk notified us of our arrival before we checked out. The MPV-class car was large and spacious, and comfortable, even for 3 people plus 3 suitcases. They kindly accepted our toilet and cigarette breaks along the way, and we arrived in just under 2 hours without any traffic jams, even though it was a Saturday morning. The hotel entrance lobby was hard to find, so we could have dropped them off along the road, but they checked and drove around the whole road to drop us off in the lobby, which was very polite. We considered traveling by bus, but because of the heat and our large luggage, we decided to take a taxi. We looked up the transfer fee from Pattaya to Bangkok and found it was almost the same price, so we decided to go with this one. We recommend this one, which is safe, secure, and comfortable, and can be paid in yen.

The driver had been waiting downstairs early in the morning. There was a toilet on the way. The whole journey, including the time in Bangkok traffic jam, took about 2 hours.

Safe transportation between the two places. The driver was late for a while, but I contacted the customer service immediately and got a reply immediately.

The driver arrived at the hotel early in the morning, dressed neatly and politely, and drove smoothly along the way, allowing the family who woke up early to have a good sleep.＞-＜

The driver was very good. He came to pick us up earlier than the scheduled time. He waited patiently for us even though we were 2 minutes late. He made the long journey very comfortable. I will book again next time if I have the chance. It would be better if there is no extra charge for Chinese New Year (because there is no Chinese New Year in Thailand, so it is not justifiable to increase the price)

The driver picked us up at the hotel on time and helped us carry our luggage into the car. However, we took the wrong road when we arrived in Bangkok. We were already close to the city and there was a traffic jam, so it took us about 15 minutes to get back to the original road. Overall it's quite convenient
