A very good half-day tour. The tour guide's explanation of this tour was also very clear, although it was in English and Spanish. There are a lot of people on the boat, but the tour guides are very good at guiding them.

The tour guide arrived on time and provided professional bilingual explanations in English and Spanish. He could tell everything from New York to the Statue of Liberty. Well worth the trip to New York.

I have been to New York so many times and I have always looked at the Statue of Liberty from a distance. This time I finally have the opportunity to go to the island to see the goddess. Choosing the itinerary to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on KKday, a very clear mailing confirmation letter let us know the time and place to meet. The tour leader was very kind and professional in explaining in English, making it a happy and enjoyable half-day trip. Personally I think it's worth it.

I had a meaningful time seeing the Statue of Liberty on Liberty Island, visiting the Liberty Museum, and visiting the Immigration Museum on Ellis Island.

It’s okay, although I can’t understand what the tour guide is talking about hahaha

The tour guide is careful and responsible, and the explanation is short and powerful. It will not take up too much free time, and the time adjustment is just right. Knowing a lot of the Statue of Liberty and the immigration history of the United States is very educational and interesting.

This was a truly terrible experience. I don't recommend using this plan on this platform. The tour guide had a family matter and disappeared mid-trip at Ellis Island. I called the tour guide, and he simply said he had a family matter. The entire group was released, and the platform kept reporting the matter for two or three weeks without any compensation or refund. They also asked me to provide relevant evidence. So, do I have to provide photos without the tour guide?
