Tromso fjord photo tour with professional photographer

We bought three tours in Tromso in total from KKday. The other two were very good and exceeded our expectations. However, although this tour only had 7 people plus a Czech tour guide, we could not hear the content of the tour guide's explanation from beginning to end. After our feedback, it did not improve but became even colder. The tour guide did not actively introduce the situation when we got off the bus. The friend sitting in the back seat could not unfasten the chair many times because it was cold when getting off the bus to let the last person get off the bus. The tour guide did not help and even asked another tour guide to help. We were very disappointed. The attractions we visited were all well-known attractions and there was no enthusiasm and active introduction. We were all watching the explanation of the tour guide in another car and taking pictures by ourselves. I have seen many good photography tours in Tromso. This tour guide said they would take pictures and link them to us but for a fee. In other similar tours, it was free and he was very enthusiastic to help take various personal movie photos (without charge). Finally, we had a bowl of soup and bread in a restaurant, which was also the accommodation place of the well-known Coke Tour. At least it was the biggest comfort not to have a picnic on the beach in the cold wind. I can only say that if possible, please refer to other more enthusiastic teams.
