Love this train. Even though the hours are long, but travelling with cute Sanrio characters worth the hassle. Love the staffs, meals, and everything inside the train.

It is a pleasant experience. I love the decoration, food and service. The duration of the trip is long, it is not suitable for infant. If you are fan of Sanrio characters, I think you will love this train as each cabin comes with different pictures.

We are all adults in the group, but we really enjoyed the Sanrio theme. Each car was decorated nicely. The DIY activity, the photobooth, and the unlimited drinks were a nice touch, but what we enjoyed the most was the karaoke car! The 2.5-hour trip from Taichung to Xinzuoying was just enough time to enjoy the ride. I think any more than that, the trip can get boring and can make you start to feel motion sickness.

there are so many fun aspects that the 2h trip from Taipei to Taichung felt so short. start the journey by munching on the breakfast bento of fruits, a sandwich, and macaroons. Yummy! next, explore the various passenger cars. Each one has a different theme. take pictures with Elsa,Anna,Christopher,Play, and Sven. there's another with Ariel and her friends. then at 7.30am, the entertainment cars open for service. go to the food car and get a pamphlet to play a search game. there are 4 hidden pictures in each of the entertainment cars. take a picture of each one once you've found it and redeem a prize from the staff. after which, relax in the karaoke car and sing your heart out to popular songs, or sit in the observation car and gaze out at the beautiful scenery.

The trip is very enjoyable. can see so many beautiful scene, both sea and mountain along the way...

There was breakfast and lunch provided. The Disney theme carriage was beautiful. The crowd was thin, thus, some of the carriages were blocked off. Could be better if I could take photos in the empty carriage.

This sightseeing train was such a pleasant surprise! Not only did it come with a wide selection of meals and drinks, but it also had games and a karaoke room, making the several-hour journey fly by.

It was great to have the opportunity to travel around Taiwan by train, as it's not something you get to do often. There were three meals and two snacks, and drinks were unlimited at the counter. Beer was also available from 6 PM. The Sanrio decorations inside and outside the train were cute. There was even karaoke. However, the train was quite bumpy, which was a drawback. We got off at stations with long stops along the way to shop, and the 13 hours flew by. It's a train that can be enjoyed even if you're not a train enthusiast.

You can leisurely enjoy views of Taiwan's east coastline from the train, and the train slows down to allow us to appreciate it.
