Aomori 1-Day Combo Tour: Oirase Stream, Lake Towada, Mount Hakkoda, Hachinohe, Takayama Inari Shrine & More (Departure from Aomori City) | Japan

We took this tour on December 25th! Our driver was Mr. Nakagawa! His driving was amazing, super smooth and very careful! We felt super safe while taking the tour. He really make sure al of us were feeling comfortable during the whole experience. He tried his best to communicate with us both English and Chinese. He also guide us through the different spots and told us some recommendations on what to see and where to go! This tour highlights the beauty of Aomori and it’s ideal if you don’t have a car and can’t reach certain location! The vehicle was super comfortable and nice it felt like it was a private tour! Super nice for couples and families and also for solo travelers 1000% recommended!

The driver drove very smoothly and was very friendly. He helped us take photos at various scenic spots. He also explained the next scenic spots to people who didn't understand Japanese in English. The scenic spots were all good.

The car is high-end and clean, the receptionist is polite and gives good suggestions and flexible adjustments depending on the weather!

The driver only speaks Japanese, which is a pity. Although we have Google Translate, it is still difficult to communicate with the driver. However, Mr. Narita is very nice and will help us take pictures and take us to the best place to take pictures. The Oirase attraction is a bit far away and the mountain road is also very rugged. Fortunately, we chartered a car, otherwise it would be difficult to take beautiful pictures.

Bajia Mountain is so spectacular, and you can actually see the snow. It's great. I want to take a similar one-day tour next time.

The check-in time, location and vehicle are clear. The driver will use a translation machine to explain the time at each point. A carpool of 4 people has 6 seats and comfortable space. 2025.04.22I was surprised to be able to take the cable car to Mt. Hakkoda to enjoy the snow, the snow wall along the way, and the Oirase Gorge to see the stream and waterfall. Finally, due to limited time, I could only have lunch and take a walk by the lake before returning to Lake Towada. If you are travelling on your own, this is a more relaxed way to visit 3 attractions in one day.

I highly recommend this trip! The overall arrangement was smooth, the itinerary pace was just right, and ample time was reserved for taking photos. The driver was not only friendly and responsible, but also drove a clean and comfortable car and took the initiative to help take photos. Appropriate rest stops will be arranged along the way, and local delicacies will be recommended to make the journey not only fun but also satisfying. I will definitely participate again next time I have the chance!
