The kids had lots of fun and loved the themed rooms. Very kid friendly and car service was very useful

It was great for kids and it was very convenient as although hotel is far away, the hotel kindly offered pick up and drop off services each day which really helped

Although it's a guesthouse, not a formal hotel, they completely met all my requirements. When I needed an urgent package sent out, the butler handled the entire process, communicating and following up with the courier company… When the air conditioning in my room wasn't warm enough, they immediately upgraded me to the highest-level castle room… They even booked a private car to the border… I'll definitely return the favor for such service.

The room brought a delightful surprise, the child was overjoyed, and the adults could finally rest, freeing up time to let the child play on her own.

The kids' happiness is everything. Everything in the room was fantastic. The only downside was the location, which wasn't the most convenient, but booking through the platform included a hotel shuttle service to and from the border.

The staff was nice and the bedrooms were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the experience. It was just a little troublesome to take the bus.
