Route 1: Shuishan Giant Tree Trail (round trip approximately 1.5 hours)

The Shuishan Giant Tree Trail, a breathtakingly beautiful trail reminiscent of a fairyland, stretches approximately 1.6 kilometers. Its entrance is a mere five-minute walk from Zhuoping Station. Because it's recently been renovated, it's relatively untouched by tourists, creating a tranquil and ethereal experience. The trail's name, "Shuishan Giant Tree," stems from the 2,700-year-old red cypress tree at its terminus.

Route 2: Zhushan Sunrise Viewing Trail (round trip approximately 2.5 hours)

Walk to the nearby Alpine Botanical Garden, the highest landmark of Alishan. This is a hidden attraction away from the hustle and bustle and has a unique and quiet atmosphere.
