Ticket is easy to claim. Will have to do a reservation at the Expo Site but it is easy to connect the ticket to the site. Good to visit for experience but be prepared for the outdoor weather and long lines.

The exchange for an "official" ticket was easy. The crowd management when we visited was excellent and we did get to enter some pavilions without a reservation. The popular pavilions always with a line queue were missed unfortunately but most we entered exceeded our expectations and were both entertaining and informative.

Definitely book early. The ballot system is complex. be prepared to be walking a lot and standing and waiting in lines. Most lines were less than 20 minutes around 2:00 p.m. the lines got longer after that. I would recommend Korea, Australia, Tech World, Serbia, Belgium, and the physical symphony. I attended for 2 days, and I only saw a quarter of the 80 Pavilions. there is a 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson's, and down near the Waterfront, there is a food court. The Pavilions food is quite expensive so it's up to you if you bring your own. do not bring cans or glass bottles. Security checks every bottle and scans every bag. if you're travelling to the East Gate, expect cues to get into the Expo. The ballot is complex because you may win for your 2 months one that is in the blue section, and then your next one is in the red section, so you are going back and forward from one side to other.

availing ticket from KKday is a breeze but registering the ticket in Osaka Expo app is tiring as the process is really tedious. Anyway overall experience in the actual Osaka Expo is Ok nothing much as there long lines in the pavillion. I would suggest visiting the Expo at 4pm opening

Too many people was one of the major issues and the on site pavilion reservation only allows ONE booking at a time so u have to wait for the booking time of reservation to book another one.. Gundam is open for booking at 12n and 3pm so make sure u have NO reservation at these two times in order to get Gundam reservation if it is available.. Toilet is a major issue.. Sushiro is a great place to eat with a high tech ordering system..

Before departure, refer to the YouTuber video to decide which exhibition hall to visit (and register for the lottery time slot. If you get the lottery, it's luck. If you don't get the lottery, you have to test your physical strength!). From queuing to enter the venue, there is almost no time to queue! People over 60 are not recommended to come! The entire exhibition hall, compact viewing + shopping requires at least 3 days. Recently, the daily water dance was cancelled due to "Veteran's disease", so please don't wait for the 19:00 performance~

The entrance was smooth and easy. We couldn't make reservations for any pavilions because there were too many people, but we could still visit the comprehensive pavilions and try to queue up for the pavilions that were open for on-site queuing. In this way, we queued into five pavilions. Although we couldn't enter the pavilions we wanted to visit, it was also very good to visit the appearance of pavilions of other countries. The entire Expo area is very large, so you must prepare food and water. If you have children with you, you can prepare folding chairs (Japanese people bring picnic mats).
