Booking and making a reservation through KKDAY is very convenient. However, it's advisable to make your booking at least 5 hours in advance. I was quite satisfied with the skills of the staff; I enjoyed the massage I received. One thing to note is the language barrier; they do not understand English very well, so it's best to use a translator to communicate effectively. Overall, the prices are a great bargain.

Went for a head, shoulder and neck massage, thought the hair wash and face mask were a bonus but they turned out to be the focus of the package. Wondered if she used shampoo to wash my face, which was then wiped with a sponge I believed many people have used. Don’t think it was too clean. The so called massage was done with shampoo…she even washed my ear with the foam without asking in advance. So avoid this package. Did a foot massage afterwards, which was great though

The masseuses chatted briefly during the massage, but what was really great was that they spoke in low voices and didn't talk continuously, making the whole experience very relaxing! I highly recommend coming on the last day of your trip to end it all in a relaxed way!

Our group of four opted for aromatherapy massage. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a foot bath and offered tea and mangoes for tasting. The massage techniques are subjective; two of us found it acceptable, but the other two felt it was rushed and didn't enjoy it at all.

When we discovered the service time was shorter than booked (90 minutes, but only 60 minutes of massage), we showed the owner the KKDay voucher. The owner apologized profusely and refunded the difference. I should have proactively shown the voucher before sitting down. The service was acceptable; my husband said the pressure was initially too strong, but after pointing it out, it became normal. Perhaps because the time was too short, it didn't feel properly relaxed. I had my head, shoulders, and neck massage done, which I found average. It seemed the focus was more on shampooing and applying a face mask, with only a small amount of massage on my shoulders and neck.

Overall, the experience at the salon was good. The massage therapist was attentive and professional, applying just the right amount of pressure for a relaxing and comfortable experience. The environment was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the shampoo was done with cold water, which was slightly uncomfortable. Providing warm water would have made the experience even better. In general, the service quality was good, but the availability of warm water for the shampoo would have been even more satisfying.

This spa experience was incredibly relaxing, both physically and mentally. Stepping inside, I was immediately enveloped in a tranquil and gentle atmosphere; the subtle fragrance in the air quickly relieved my fatigue. The massage was incredibly comfortable; the masseuse's pressure was just right—neither too strong nor superficial. From my shoulders and neck to my back, everything was meticulously cared for. My tense muscles gradually relaxed with each massage, and the pressure dissipated. The hair washing was equally satisfying. The water temperature was perfect, and the movements were gentle yet professional. Combined with the scalp massage, I almost fell asleep, completely immersed in the relaxing rhythm. After the treatment, they thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and hot tea. The fruit was sweet and refreshing, and the tea had a mellow, lingering aroma, perfectly concluding the entire experience. Sitting there, I didn't want to do anything else; I just wanted to quietly enjoy being treated so well. It was truly a very therapeutic and highly recommended experience.
