I recently joined KK Day and experienced a coaching class and a three-day pass at Taipei gym MORE FIT. The overall experience was simply unparalleled! On the first day, I couldn't wait to join the coaching class and met the super professional coach Hero. His patience and careful guidance made me feel refreshed and as if I was in a fitness palace! The cleanliness of the venue is amazing, and every corner exudes a fresh atmosphere, as if making people forget the hustle and bustle of the city. However, there was one thing that disappointed me a little, which was that the treadmill was non-powered, which was not something I was used to, so I deducted some points for this. Overall, this experience makes me look forward to returning to this fantastic fitness world again!

The first choice for travel and fitness

I visited the Shifu branch during the daytime on a weekday during a break from traveling. The voucher code was scanned at the reception desk, and the staff operated the entrance for entry and exit. They seemed to speak English well. It was spacious and there were not many people, so it was comfortable to use. The ticket costs 200 RMB locally, so this ticket is a better deal.

More Fit Qizhang Hall has very convenient transportation. It is almost there as soon as you exit the MRT station. The venue is spacious, comfortable and clean, and it is a good sports experience.
