We offer 100% mori soba made from flour sourced from all over the country, inaka soba made from twice-ground unhusked whole buckwheat, unusual soba made with seasonal ingredients, and hot niha soba. We have a wide selection of snacks, including the classic rolled omelet. We also focus on sake, shochu, and wine, so you can enjoy it with a variety of alcoholic drinks. You can also use it as a soba izakaya.
