[Usuno Meat and Seafood Robata] February's menu includes "Sea Urchin," "Wagamuri Crab," "Hot Pot," "Hairy Crab," "Japanese Black Beef," and "Shamo Chicken Skewers." [Niku Robata Shinshin] We offer the finest seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, with a focus on Hokkaido ingredients. As "Shinshin Meat and Seafood Robata," we focus on seasonal ingredients and update our recommended menu daily. This month's festival will feature "Sea Urchin" and fresh sea urchin sashimi at a special price. There will also be three new hot pot options: Waagamuri Crab Hot Pot, Shamo Chicken Mizutaki, and Oden Stock Shabu-Shabu. Our specialty "Straw-Grilled Bonito" is now available with fatty returning bonito in stock. We'll also be strengthening our meat robata menu with carefully selected Japanese Black Beef and charcoal-grilled Shamo Chicken from all over Japan.
