Lunch service will be closed from June 4th to 11th. During renovation work, only the first floor will be open from 5pm. A local cuisine restaurant with a focus on Shinshu sake and ingredients in a purely Japanese building. The soba noodles made by our craftsmen are fragrant, authentic Shinshu soba noodles made from local flour. You can enjoy Shinshu's specialty horse sashimi, dishes made with buckwheat flour, and other Shinshu flavors. Only for lunch reservations, the stay time will be one hour.
