Italian food from Yamanashi! Enjoy pairings with vegetables and meat from Yamanashi and Koshu wine. Italian food from Yamanashi based on the concept of local production and consumption. We deliver seasonal vegetables from the prefecture, mainly organic vegetables from Kobuchizawa, to our customers. We are particular about vegetable dishes. Koshu wine beef uses lean aitchbone and rump meat. We also serve carefully selected ingredients such as Koshu chicken, Shingen chicken, crystal pork, and wine pork, cooked in the most delicious way! We have about 10 types of local Yamanashi wine available. We also have a fresh lineup of soft drinks from the prefecture.
